Even before graduating college, Daniela Avila Jaramillo had one thing on her mind: getting her dream job at Microsoft.
But, after struggling to find a post-graduate job in a COVID-19 economy, she realized that she didn’t even know what companies she was applying for. She decided to take fate into her own hands and sign up for the Mastering College to Career Academy, eventually finishing the program and learning the perks of having contacts.
Learning the importance of relationships in the workplace, eventually, she contacted a recruiter of a past internship in college, and from there, she saw herself employed full-time at a company she loved!
