In this episode, we are giving you insight on how Industrial Engineer Greg Coquillo stayed on target and used his Jedi skills to become Amazon’s Private Brands Program Manager.
As a first-generation Haitian Immigrant, Greg began looking for work soon after graduation; however, it was hard for him to find employment and sponsorship as an immigrant during the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attack.
With only 6 months to find work, Greg’s main battle was against time.
Like Luke Skywalker, Greg worked hard and used his resources to win this war.
One resource Greg used to help his chances at success was his Master’s degree in engineering management.
After earning his degree he would then spend 10 years improving lean strategy and opening his mind to possibilities through his passion for data.
