After quickly realizing that applying to jobs through an applicant tracking system was outdated, Eugene decided to take matters into his own hands.
At the start of the pandemic, Eugene created a “we are hiring database” called the Prometheus Lab.
This created a way to fast-track and support his friends and family as they searched for careers during the pandemic.
With over 30 million Americans out of work, Eugene’s database has been used by almost half a million individuals looking for work!
