Before Tiffanni scored her position at Crest Home Design Inc. as a graphic designer, she worked within her dream career field of fashion as a Design Assistant.
While in that position, Tiffanni learned that settling and compromising her worth for the satisfaction of working in her desired field, wasn’t the way to go.
At that time, the ball was in her court, however, she had no idea how to shoot her next shot.
That’s where MC2C stepped in!
Through coaching and constant practices within the Mastering College to Career Academy about the hidden job market, Tiffanni revamped how she played the job landing game.
With little experience within graphic design, she was still capable of competing and obtaining a job where she went head to head with another candidate that worked within the field for over 14 years.
